Well Life ABQ is a clinic on a mission to provide Friendly, Accessible, and Reliable (FAR) healthcare to our community. We’re looking for a Medical Assistant – Receptionist who’s upbeat, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in the patient experience.
In this hybrid clinical + front office role, you’ll:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Room patients and take vital signs
Perform phlebotomy and administer injections
Prepare charts and track labs
Answer phones and respond to messages
Schedule appointments and prep charts for visits
Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years experience as an MA or similar in a clinical setting. MA certification preferred
Phlebotomy skills (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with EHRs and basic computer tools
Reliable, accountable, respectful, and FUN
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
